Art-Fonks Double Button Lift System are products that can be adjusted to the desired extent for the fixation of Acromio-Clavicular joint dislocations and Syndesmosis joint dislocations.

Art-Fonks Double Button Lift System- AC Lift System restores the anatomy of the shoulder and especially the Acromio-Clavicular joint in case of acute, chronic dislocation and even fracture of the distal fourth part of the clavicle. It is applied by passing through a canal opened with a suitable drill bit and by pulling the sutures, the acromion and clavicle return to their original position and the dislocation is reduced.

Art-Fonks Double Button Lift System- The Syndesmosis Lift System is applied through a channel drilled with a suitable drill bit from the fibula to the tibia through the plate or without the plate and helps to restore the Syndesmosis separation in a controlled manner.

Circular and longitudinal buttons provide compression between both fibula/tibia and clavicle/coracoid bones.

Art-Fonks Nitinol Guide Wire is an auxiliary product designed to ensure correct placement of Art-Fonks Interference Screws in the tunnel angle.

The use of Art-Fonks Nitinol Guide Wire is mandatory for the placement and fixation of Art-Fonks Interference Screws in the correct position for strong fixation of the BTB graft in the tunnel.

Thanks to Nitinol, which is a memory metal, Art-Fonks Interference Screws can be placed safely without any orientation that will disrupt the screw direction during flexing in the tunnel.
